In order to speed up the progress of commercialization of the WBG Semiconductor Technology in Guangdong Province, Cao jianlin, formerly Vice Minister of MOST, Wu Ling- Chairman of the State 3rd Generation Semiconductor Technology Alliance, Professor Zhang guoqi of the TU Delft had visited to Dongguan on the 18th of Aug.. Their 1st stop was TYSiC and were accompanied by Huang ningsheng and Ye jingtu -Director and Vice Director respectively of the Science & Technology Dept. of Guangdong Province,Yun danping-Researcher and some officials from Dongguan Science & Technology Bureau as well as Songsan Lake Administration Committee.
